We have news of two important items this month, first of all, the change to our venue for our club nights.

the Kings Head has become very busy now and on some occasions they have been unable to

reserve seating for us.  The parking as also presented us with a problem in that members have found it

almost impossible to park our cars together so people can appreciate them.

If you have been checking the website you will know that we have moved to the Village Inn at Little Melton.

This is just the other side of the B1108 from Bawburgh.  The landlord of the Village Inn is very keen to

have us and has already welcomed the Stag Club meetings there.  The address of the Village Inn is

33/43 School Lane, Little Melton and if you get lost there is a map on website or you can just enter

post code: NR9 3AD in the Satnav and it will you take straight there. The meetings are still on the second

Monday of the month.

The second item will have happened when you read this and that’s Peter and Adrian’s ‘ArcticRun2008’

and at the time of writing this over £4,000 has been raised for the Parkinson’s Disease Society. I am

looking forward to putting the photos of the run on the website as soon as I get them.

Our first outing this year with BAM was the annual Daffodil Day at Langhley School which took place

on Sunday 30th March.  It turned out to be a sunny day and a large number of classics turned up.

One last note is that the website has now a full list of just about all the known classic events to

come this year so lets hope we can show the WensumTR banner at as many as possible.

Looking forward to meeting you all at the Village Inn.
